Chima Wins Nigerian Idol, Takes Home N30Million Grand Prize

One of the contestants in this year’s Nigerian Idol, Chima Udoye, has emerged the winner of the season 9.

His grand prize includes 30 million naira, brand new SUV, music deal and music video, and Dstv explorer one year premium.

By this win, he has become the next big thing in the Nigerian music scene.

One of the major features of the grand finale was a performance by Simi, and other past winners of Nigerian Idol, Victory Gbakara and Prosper.

The contestants were allowed to perform their favorite songs of the competition.
