Media personality Rufai Oseni has reacted to a viral video showing Nollywood actor and politician Desmond Elliott pleading with Femi Gbajabiamila, Chief of Staff to President Bola Tinubu.

Reacting to the video, Rufai Oseni criticized what he described as Nigeria’s “politics of lickers,” arguing that the incident represents a troubling side of Nigerian politics.

Rufai questioned why Desmond Elliott had to kneel while pleading with Gbajabiamila and referenced the political changes surrounding positions and appointments.

He also suggested that Elliott had previously been involved in confrontations with political figures before the latest incident.

The video has sparked conversations online about Desmond Elliott, Femi Gbajabiamila, Rufai Oseni, Nigerian politics, political loyalty and the treatment of politicians within the political system.

What do you think about Rufai Oseni’s reaction to the viral video?
