Nollywood actress Nkechi Blessing has weighed into the reignited beef with Davido and Wizkid.

On Monday night, Wizkid, while announcing the release of his first single for the Year, threw shots at Davido after an X user queried if he couldn’t sell a song without dissing him.

Replying to him, Wizkid made it known that he doesn’t beef with wack niggas as he described Davido as a man with no talent. Giving him a new name, he called Davido Frigodo as he boldly declared that people had nothing on him till infinity.

In another tweet, he stated that it wouldn’t be well with Davido and his feelings after a fan expressed concern for Davido’s feelings. He also took a shot at Tunde Ednut, Davido’s friend, calling him disabled.

Nkechi Blessing took to the comment section of Davido’s latest post promoting the release of his music video with Angelique Kidjo as she threw a shot at Wizkid.

“The only thing we are focused on”, she wrote.

Her comment didn’t sit well with some of Wizkid’s fans, who slammed her, and Nkechi replied, threatening to trace them to their homes and beat them.

“See if una come for me, I go find you reach house beat cràze comot your entire family body. If una carry una nonsense near me, Ogun dey kee you”.

Nkechi Blessing shows support for Davido amid Wizkid's attack

When Wizkid and Davido had a fallout in April, Nkechi reacted, assuming that the beloved singers were only clout chasing as she believed they had a banger coming soon.

Taking to her comment section, Davido made her know that he has no project with Wizkid. He stated that he has lots of hit songs, which Wizkid doesn’t, as he went on to dare him to drop a song the same day as him.

It isn’t surprising to see Nkechi defend Davido as she is a fan of the singer.

Recall that in June, Nkechi Blessing was one of the lucky celebrities who scored an invite to music star Davido and his wife Chioma’s wedding. The movie star, who couldn’t keep calm, took to her Instagram page to share photos of her outfit to the wedding, which she tagged the Wedding of the Year. In one of her several posts, Nkechi stated that Davido called, and she answered.

Following his wedding, Nkechi affirmed her loyalty to Davido by supporting him in launching his partnership with Gac Motors and promised to always be there to celebrate with him.

Rewarding her for her constant support, the singer changed her surname to Adeleke. Nkechi had attended the birthday party of Osun State Governor’s son, who is also singer Davido’s cousin, B-Red. Nkechi met with the Governor, who, alongside his nephew Davido, officially changed her name to ‘Nkechi Adeleke’.
