Gunmen Attacked Buhari’s Minister’s House, abducts Brother.

The family house of the Minister of Agriculture, Alhaji Sabo Nanono, in Tofai village in Gabasawa Local government area of Kano State was on Monday attacked by unknown gunmen.

Theeditorng.com understands that the gunmen kidnapped the minister’s brother, Babawuro Tofai.
It was gathered that the gunmen numbering about 10 of them stormed the house around 1 am and kidnap the victim.

While confirming the incident to Vanguard, Umar Wali, the Minister’s Personal Assistant, said Babawuro is over 50 years of age and a family man.
Wali said, “incident happened in the family house of the Minister in Tofai village. He is a close brother to the Minister who is over 50 years. He has children and a wife.

“The suspected kidnappers were yet to communicate or reach out for ransom.”
Recall that gunmen had on Saturday night kidnapped and murdered the Nasarawa State chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Philip Shekwo.

Theeditorng.com reports that Northern Nigerian has seen an increase in insecurity, with bandits abducting people in exchange for ransoms.
