The leadership of the All Progressives Congress in Osun Central Senatorial District has officially declared the results of its primary election held on May 18, with prominent legal practitioner, Barrister Kunle Rasheed Adegoke, popularly known as KRAD, emerging victorious with a landslide victory.

Barrister Adegoke, who hails from Olorunda Local Government Area of Osun State, secured a total of 26,655 votes to defeat other aspirants in the APC primary election.

According to the officially announced results:

Kunle Rasheed Adegoke (KRAD) — 26,655 votes
Olubiyi Ajagunla — 13,138 votes
Yomi Ogunmola — 2,925 votes
Akintunde Adegboye — 342 votes
Olufakeye — 67 votes

Party supporters and loyalists erupted in jubilation shortly after the announcement of the results, celebrating what many described as a strong endorsement of KRAD’s leadership capacity and political influence within the Osun APC ahead of the 2027 general elections.
