According to Npower, they are currently reaching out to those with “Paused Accounts’ via the phone number 013432057 and requesting your account information as your payments were paused due to wrong or incomplete account information on your profile page.

The Npower batch C stream 1 beneficiaries completed their programme in 2022 while the stream 2 beneficiaries are currently serving as the new enrollees.
