President Buhari Receives Second Dose Of COVID-19 Vaccine
President Muhammadu Buhari has received the second dose of AstraZeneca COVID-19 vaccine. The Editor reports.
The President’s Assistant on New Media, Bashir Ahmed made this known in a post via his Twitter account on Saturday.
According to the tweet, the vaccination took place on Saturday at the presidential villa, Abuja.
“Today, President @MBuhari received the second dose of the AstraZeneca/Oxford COVID–19 Vaccine, in his official residence, at the State House, Abuja.
“The vaccine is safe and effective,†he wrote.
Recall that in March, Buhari had received the first dose of the vaccine alongside Vice-President, Yemi Osinbajo.
