Police arrest 27yr old suspected kidnap leader in Delta community

Operatives of the Eagle-Net Special Squad led by SP Usman Dimka have arrested a twenty-seven-year-old suspeçted kidnapper, Chukwuemeka Ochu at Ogume Community, Ndokwa East Local Government Area of Delta State.
The suspect was arrested after his gang had perfected plans to kidnap a prominent chief (Name withheld) of the Community.
The Police detailed operatives of Eagle-Net to ensure that their plan is foiled and the gang arrested.
The police aborted the purported kidnapping plan and led to the arrest of a suspect and leader of the gang, one Chukwuemeka Ochu ‘m’ age 27yrs of Nuke Mba Street, Obiaruko in Nkwani LGA.
The Delta State Police Command led by CP Ari Muhammed Ali confirmed the report in a statement signed by the Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Bright Edafe.
According to him, “Investigation is ongoing while efforts are on to arrest the other fleeing members of the gang.”
