He was kidnapped alongside Dennis Mark, the Methodist Bishop of Owerri and the Prelate’s Chaplain, by yet-to-be-identified gunmen.
Sources told the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) that the clergymen were kidnapped in the afternoon while they were on their way from a programme in the council area.
CityNews Nigeria just learnt that the Methodist Church Nigeria leadership is now appealing to Nigerians especially its parishioners to come to the aid of the church as the kidnappers are now demanding N100 million ransom from the church before they can release the abductees.
