Information reaching Ibom Focus says that Many Feared Dead As Armed Robbers Attack Banks In Edo
Armed robbers have attacked four banks in the Uromi area of Edo State, leaving many bank customers injured while the number of deaths has yet to be ascertained.
It was learnt that the robbers on Thursday attacked Zenith, First Bank, UBA and Union Bank in the area, leading to confusion among residents and bank customers in the area.
Armed Robbers Attack Banks
According to a video sent to SaharaReporters, gunshots boomed in the area as residents and passersby scampered to safety.
It is not clear yet the extent of damage done by the armed robbers to the banks.
